Policies

Lead Time

Catering orders should be placed as far ahead as possible with a minimum of 24 hours in advance for breakfast and lunch. For hot lunches and more elaborate events, 3 days minimum advance notice is requested, however, we will accomodate all late orders to the best of our ability. Late requests may be delivered within a 30 minute window from your requested time of delivery, due to the establised schedule of the day.


Pickups/Deliveries/Equipment

All caterings come with tablecloths and the necessary utensils for the events. In the interest of the environment and cost containment, we request that all equipment and supplies delivered to meetings be left in the room. If it is necessary to move any equipment to another location, please call ext 2140 to notify us of any changes. If we are unable to pick-up equipment, it may be charged to your department. Please make all meeting participants aware that catering personnel will need access to the room and will use discretion and care to not disrupt the meeting.

Additional Services

We at your Catering department are happy to provide you with any additional services you may need. Wait-Staff, Balloons, Flower Arrangements, Decorations, Custom Linens and China, Venue Rental and Entertainment! All can be arranged for your gathering. Call the Cafe manager for more information.

Delivery

To insure prompt delivery, please place your orders at least 24 hours in advance. All hot orders must be placed at least 48 hours in advance, and are not available in all rooms. Please place all orders by 3:00 p.m. for next day delivery.

Last Minute Orders

We will always accept last minute orders, however, menu selection and delivery time must be flexible. Orders are delivered in the order they are taken. There will be no fee for same day changes or orders.

Service Charge / Labor Charge

Any additional labor costs will be added to all events scheduled outside of normal delivery hours: 7:00a.m. - 3:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.
 
Minimum Order and Cancellation Policy

There is an 8 person or &75 minimum for all delivered orders. All orders canceled with less than a 24-hour notice will be charged at 50% of the total order.
 
Ordering Information

Please complete your order online. A copy will be emailed to the cafe and the requestor. We will not accept orders via the telephone, however if you need help, call us at 2140  and we can assist you. All orders require written confirmation before delivery.
